The Live Fire Republic Santa Maria Kettle Grill Attachment transforms a standard 22-inch kettle grill into an adjustable-height live-fire cooking system, giving you control over heat, flame, smoke, and distance from the coals. Built for elevating backyard cooks, world champion pitmasters, and aspiring live-fire chefs, this attachment drops securely into the bottom kettle and rests on the factory grill tabs — with no permanent modifications required.
The cooking surface is built from heavy-duty 3/16-inch carbon steel, designed to take on high heat, develop character over time, and perform over roaring charcoal and hardwood embers. The frame is finished with high-heat paint for durability, while the hand-crank system allows you to raise and lower the grate throughout the cook for precision searing, slow roasting, basting, finishing, and everything in between.
